Meet Our Founder
Bill Scheier is a procurement and contracting leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding high-stakes acquisitions across the federal government. As a warranted Contracting Officer and Source Selection Authority, he held end-to-end responsibility for complex procurements — owning decisions from strategy through award and execution.
Bill has led programs valued at up to $200 million, overseen more than $100 million in annual contract awards, and supported mission-critical efforts including cybersecurity modernization, national security, and FEMA hurricane recovery for Hurricanes Florence, Maria, and Michael.
Today, he brings that experience to organizations navigating complex procurement challenges — with an approach that is hands-on, practical, and relationship-driven, focused on accelerating outcomes, managing risk, and helping clients move forward with confidence.
